Information required to receive an invitation for treatment

1. State of birth

2. Place of birth

3. Citizenship (nationality)

4. State of residence

5. Region of permanent residence

6. Place of obtaining visa (country and city)

7. Place of employment:

• Name of the organization abroad
• Position
• Location of the organization

8. Authority that issued your passport

9. Address of the place of residence

10. Telephone number

11. If you previously changed your full name, then you should provide the previously existing identification data

* Foreign citizens arriving for treatment receive a medical visa for up to 90 days.

Terms of providing an invitation

The term for providing an invitation is no more than 20 working days from the date of registration in the Migration Department based on a petition issued by LM-Clinic.

The term for issuing an invitation if there are any circumstances related to the need for emergency treatment requiring the immediate entry of a foreign citizen into the Russian Federation does not exceed 5 working days from the date of registering an invitation in the Migration Department.

Medical and other documentation

A Contract for Providing Medical Services is concluded with a patient in electronic form.

Medical documentation (results of laboratory tests, protocols of physical and instrumental examinations, as well as attending physicians' advice) are accepted and accumulated in the Medical Center during the entire period of the Contract concluded with a patient.
